Trava-línguas

Someone sent this one some days ago ("sikh" is pronounced /si:k/ - from aspirated "kh" in Panjabi):

Q: What do you call a half-dozen Indians with Asian flu?
A: Six sick Sikhs (sic).

And Albert and I came up with this one today:

I cooked a chicken quiche in my kitsch kitchen.
[aɪ ku:kt ə 'tʃɪkən ki:ʃ ɪn maɪ kɪtʃ 'kɪtʃəŋ]
